les pays membres de l'OTAN contre la République fédérale de Yougoslavie
Le 24 mars 2009 marquera le dixième anniversaire du début de l'agression illégale des pays membres de l'OTAN (Organisation du Traité de l'Atlantique Nord) contre la République fédérale de Yougoslavie.
Plus de 80% des bombardements de l'OTAN ont visé et atteint des cibles civiles, des zones résidentielles, des lieux de travail, des cliniques et des écoles.
Les forces de l'OTAN ont envoyé plus de 50 000 tirs d'uranium appauvri, qui ont contaminé l'environnement pour de nombreuses années, ont bombardé des installations de fabrication de produits chimiques, ont contaminé la population et l'environnement et lancé des bombes et des mines, qui continuent de tuer des personnes chaque jour.
L'OTAN a violé sa propre Charte de fondation, le Document final d'Helsinki de l'OSCE et la Charte des Nations Unies par cette guerre agression. La souveraineté et l'intégrité territoriale garanties par la Charte des Nations Unies ont été ignorées et violées de façon flagrante par les bombes en ce qui concerne un des pays fondateur et membre des Nations Unies, une des puissances victorieuses de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
Malgré tous les prétextes utilisés pour justifier cette guerre, à l'occasion de son 50ème anniversaire, l'OTAN a utilisé cette guerre pour proclamer son intention de poursuivre ses interventions militaires dans le monde. Il y a dix ans les opposants à la guerre ont averti que l'agression contre la Yougoslavie constituait un précédent pour mettre fin au droit international. Au cours des années, cet avertissement a été confirmé par les guerres d'agression contre l'Irak et l'Afghanistan et par la soi-disant "guerre au terrorisme" mondiale.
Les plans pour un "Grand Moyen Orient", les immixions et les interventions au Soudan, au Tibet et dans le Caucase, les campagnes contre le Zimbabwe, le Venezuela, Cuba, la Somalie, le Liban et particulièrement les menaces contre l'Iran montrent que les impérialistes qui veulent un "Nouvel ordre mondial" vont essayer de promouvoir leurs intérêts économiques et stratégiques mondiaux en ayant recours à des moyens militaires, se moquant ainsi le principe de renoncer à la violence contenu dans la Charte des Nations Unies.
L'agression perpétrée par l'OTAN en 1999 a réalisé les objectifs des années précedentes de guerre par procuration en réussissant finalement à détruire la Yougoslavie.
Un "changement de régime" a été préparé pour briser la résistance aux diktats de la Banque mondiale, du Fonds monétaire international et du Pentagone et a installer des marionettes des puissances occidentales au pouvoir.
Le démembrement de la Serbie, qui viole le droit international, a été réalisée pour miner la résistance de ses fondations pour une longue période.
L'établissement d'un soi-disant "tribunal "ad hoc" à la Haye" constitue une violation de la Charte des Nations Unies, car ce sont ainsi les agresseurs qui jugent les victimes de la guerre d'agression. Un lavage de cerveau sans précédent a été réalisé par les médias dans le but d'imposer au public mondial, de façon permanente, le point de vue de l'OTAN et ses falsifications de l'histoire.
Nous manifesterons le 24 mars 2009 à Belgrade, conjointement avec les forces patriotiques du pays contre ce scandale.
Nous ne permettrons pas aux agresseurs d'écrire l'histoire!
Les chefs d'État responsables de la guerre d'agression doivent être jugés comme criminels de guerre!
Le tribunal "ad hoc" illégal de la Haye doit être démantelé et tous les prisonniers politiques doivent être libérés et doivent recevoir une compensation!
Nous exigeons une enquête indépendante sur les circonstances qui ont conduit à la mort de Slobodan Milosevic et sur les autres cas non élucidés de mort survenus dans la prison du Tribunal de la Haye!
La secession du Kosovo de la Serbie est nul et sans effet!
OTAN, hors des Balkans!

* Solidarity rally for former RTS-director Dragoljub Milanovic, followed by a prison visit to Milanovic by an international delegation
During the NATO bombing campaign, the headquarters of Radio-Television Serbia, RTS, was hit in the center of town. 16 people were killed, 130 wounded. Not those responsible for the NATO air attack were persecuted for this war crime, but the victims of this one-sided war were hold responsible. On pressure from NATO governments, the new Serbian puppet regime indicted and convicted Dragoljub Milanovic, director of RTS at the time of the bombing (for not taking warning serious).

Former Yugoslav President Milosevic was indicted by the NATO created and sponsored Hague tribunal for ex-Yugoslavia in the midst of the NATO aggression against his country (and himself, as his house was bombed by NATO). When NATO reports about genocide in Kosovo and hundreds of thousands of dead turned out to be pure propaganda, the tribunal quickly added indictments against Mr Milosevic for crimes in Bosnia and Croatia. Western countries? pressure and blackmail resulted in the arrest and extradition of Mr Milosevic by the new so-called democratic government.
Mr Milosevic decided for a political defense before a political court. He revealed the responsibility of mainly the US and Germany in destroying Yugoslavia, unleashing and fueling a bloody war, arming all non-Serb war parties and creating a tribunal under their control. The Western version of the Balkan war(s) is based
on nothing but lies and evil propaganda and it was Milosevics credit to expose those lies one by one. He died in prison in March 2006, shortly after the chamber denied him a special medical treatment. During the process, the prosecution did not proof any crime.
